About the Role:
- Build Total Rewards from scratch, owning compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Execute bi-annual merit, promotion, and bonus cycles.
- Manage equity administration and partner with legal and finance.
Who You Are:
- 5-8+ years in compensation or total rewards, with equity experience.
- Hands-on with Pave or similar platforms, and strong Excel skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and a cross-functional partner.
