Remote Production Operation Specialist

The Specialist, Production Operations will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing the technical management of a Remote Operations sport category and special projects. They will provide technical expertise to productions and operations in evaluating and planning remote assignments. Responsibilities include conducting technical surveys, determining feasibility of production requirements, crew size, equipment needs, schedules, and costs. They will lead complex tasks, provide cost information, design technical CAD drawings, supervise equipment installation, and advise on technical costs. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical innovation, assisting in vendor selection, and ensuring communication flow with other sport category managers are also key. The role involves working with organizing bodies, keeping accurate records, and acting as a safety supervisor. Minimum 8 years of broadcast experience required.
