Job Description

The Salesforce Manager will be responsible for managing REAC Salesforce/CRM systems, including profiles, permissions, and role hierarchies to maintain secure access. System health monitoring will be conducted to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high platform uptime. Data audits will be led and validation rules implemented to maintain clean datasets. User-friendly Flows will be developed, UI layouts customized, and dynamic dashboards/reports created for leadership and service teams. The manager will automate processes, restructure object relationships, document customer inquiry trends, and stay updated with system changes.
