Revenue & Billing:
- Own all invoicing: recurring, new subscriptions, adjustments, and one‑time charges.
- Manage collections workflows, with the support of CS, and reduce delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate billing data and schedules (subscription terms, contract renewals, pricing).
SaaS Revenue Recognition (ASC 606):
- Maintain and improve revenue recognition schedules and deferred revenue waterfalls.
- Handle contract changes, discounts, plan upgrades/downgrades, and multi‑element arrangements.
- Ensure accurate revenue alignment between CRM → billing → GL.
Financial Reporting & Month-End:
- Prepare revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and close tasks.
- Build and maintain SaaS KPI reporting (ARR, NRR, GRR, cohort analysis).
- Provide insights for internal reporting packages.
