Sr. Manager, Pro Product Marketing

This individual will play a critical role in leading upstream product management for our HCP and Salon (Hair + Skin) categories, from ideation through product launch. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, gift-with-purchase planning and collaborating across teams to drive business growth. The candidate will be a strong communicator who is creative, detail-oriented and demonstrates solid project management skills. As a member of the Professional Marketing team, this position will closely collaborate with the Professional Marketing, Brand, Product Development teams, HCP sales team, Salon sales team, Creative team and other key cross-functional teams. The selected candidate has proven professional upstream marketing experience with products or treatments sold by physicians in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry.
