Reporting to the CMO, the Product Marketing Director will bring products to life through resonant campaigns and promotion strategies. This role supports a rapid product development roadmap. The ideal candidate will develop customer-friendly messages and lead impactful go-to-market strategies that result in wide adoption and high customer retention. This leader will serve as the liaison between Product Development/Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Lead upstream product management for our HCP and Salon (Hair + Skin) categories, from ideation through product launch. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, gift-with-purchase planning, launch a loyalty program and collaborating across teams to drive business growth. As a member of the Professional Marketing team, this position will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams.
