What this job involves:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for commercial properties.
- Prepare financial reports including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Serve as the primary accounting resource for on-site teams.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Oversee audits, cash management, and Accounts Payable workflows.
- Lead annual budget preparation and review submissions.
- Execute year-end reconciliation processes with precision.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of Real Estate Accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of CAM accounting principles and lease accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MRI or Yardi.
