ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Direct and manage professional staff on a daily basis.
- Screen, hire, supervise, mentor and train staff as required.
- Prepare and review monthly accounting calendars.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting, finance or related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of recent fee-based property management accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles including knowledge of current accounting methods.
