Job Description
Client & Account Management:
Serve as the primary strategic contact for key client accounts.
Lead business reviews, contract renewals, and planning discussions.
Align delivery and procurement solutions with client objectives.
Financial & Commercial Acumen:
Own financial performance for assigned accounts, including revenue and margin.
Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying upsell opportunities.
Track and forecast account-level financials, ensuring commercial viability.
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
Develop strategic account plans covering growth and risk management.
Drive collaboration across various internal teams.
Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level client leaders.
