What You Will Be Doing:
- Design a scalable architecture for the agent layer and evaluate new technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and provide guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product management to prioritize features.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a tech lead on agent or systems software at scale.
- Deep knowledge of observability data collection (metrics, logs, traces).
- Solid background in Go and distributed systems.
