Senior AI Software Developer

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building out the AI initiatives program from the ground up. You will be part of a focused team with the mission to evaluate and build prototypes/solution frameworks for various business requirements - these range from new product features/enhancements, engineering team excellence assisted by AI and other improvements by leveraging AI within the broader technology organization.

You will lead design and execution of AI powered POCs/POTs and prototypes to validate strategic use cases. You will partner cross-functionally to define AI strategies and identify high-impact areas for innovation. Build out frameworks or backend solutions to support AI workloads and utilize various LLMs or other ML techniques as relevant to build data processing routines, training and testing models. The role entails continuous evaluation and operationalization of emerging AI/ML/GenAI techniques.
