Professional Services Analyst

We're searching for a technically skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Professional Services team. This position is at the intersection of equity expertise and product fluency, assisting startups in setting up and managing their cap tables accurately from day one. You’ll lead complex 409A valuations, guide customers through onboarding journeys, and act as a technical problem-solver across data, product, and finance workflows. Your work directly empowers founders to make smarter equity decisions, laying the groundwork for long-term company growth. You will also be responsible for data integrity and technical troubleshooting.
