Job Description
As Seer’s founding Senior Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of Seer’s growth—owning the hunt for new business and building lasting relationships with enterprise prospects. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles with confidence, from first outreach to final signature, laser-focused on net new logos, while positioning Seer as a strategic partner that drives meaningful business outcomes. You will proactively identify, target, and engage high-value accounts—using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI prospecting platforms to spark interest and build relationships; build and maintain relationship maps that help you navigate complex org structures; run the full sales cycle from first discovery to final signature; own a $3M annual net new business quota; and represent Seer out in the wild.
