Role Overview:
- This role sits at the intersection of accounting, finance, and operations, supporting a fast-growing Workers Compensation insurance business.
- You'll own financial mechanics, manage large datasets, and act as an operational partner to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Perform transactional accounting duties across AP, AR, and general ledger.
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Identify discrepancies, support special projects, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5-7 years of experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with excellent communication skills.
