Role Overview:
- Partner with P&C insurance customers to design scalable Pro Suite solutions that drive long-term value.
- Act as the technical bridge between business objectives and implementation, ensuring best practices and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer discussions to understand current architecture and gather requirements for future state solutions.
- Develop solution landscape, context diagrams, and high-level design documents to guide developers and configurators.
- Identify and document risks or issues discovered during technical discussions, escalating as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Implementation Consultant role, working directly with external customers on core P&C insurance systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions including configuration, integrations, and data flows.
