You are fluent in German and would like to work from home in Spain? SIXT is looking for motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Services Agents to join our team from anywhere in Spain. If you enjoy assisting customers over the phone and via email, then this position is made for you. Act as the first point of contact for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking. Support customers via phone and e-mail communication with expert knowledge of products and services. Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service. Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team. This remote position allows to work 100% from home.
