You are fluent in German and would like to work from home in Spain? SIXT is looking for motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Services Agents to join the team from anywhere in Spain. You will be the first point of contact for German customers and a helping hand for all inquiries before, during and after booking, exciting them with your know-how of products and services, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty with your friendly and professional work while acting as team player.

You will be the interface between customers and chauffeurs, ensuring high-quality standards and safe customer transport. You will monitor driver punctuality, organize alternatives, and ensure each transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver. You will take care of every customer, ensuring drivers and customers find each other.

As part of the global Purchasing team, this role puts you right at the heart of our indirect procurement strategy - especially in the area of Professional Services. You’ll be working on everything from running tenders and negotiating contracts to supporting international teams and rolling out smart eProcurement solutions.
