Ensure high-quality standards are met and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B
Monitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary
Make sure each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver

Your Skills:

Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
