Pre-Litigation Manager

As a Pre-Litigation Manager, you will oversee and manage the full pre-litigation lifecycle for lemon law and consumer protection cases. Your responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and approving demand letters along with negotiating pre-litigation settlements with opposing counsel. You will review case history and determine litigation readiness, as well as supervise the drafting of complaints and legal pleadings. Furthermore, you will train and lead intake and paralegal team members and prepare cases for litigation and assist in litigation as needed. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in good standing with strong writing skills and experience drafting motions and pleadings. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the demonstrated ability to manage teams and develop junior legal staff. A “go-getter” attitude with a passion for advocacy and client success is highly desired. Experience or strong interest in class action work is a major plus.
