Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers, coaching individual contributors and managing project delivery to solve complex customer challenges.
- Define team strategy and processes, set KPAs, and allocate resources to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue generation.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point, scoping projects and managing high-impact engagements with partners and customers.
Leadership & Development:
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through 1:1s, planning sessions, and professional development.
- Collaborate on performance management, offering constructive feedback and supporting career development planning for team members.
- Anticipate resourcing needs through strategic hiring and manage team budgets with a focus on cost optimization.
Technical & Strategic Impact:
- Engage with partners and customers to optimize their use of Geotab's technology, tailoring solutions to meet specific needs and driving innovation.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences and work across functions to align with senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements to scale the team's impact and support revenue growth.
