Prime Brokerage Attorney

Integreon is seeking PB (prime brokerage) experienced attorneys/Lawyers in UK and US to assist a client in processing prime brokerage, credit, distribution agreements, and related documentation. The role is a contract position starting mid August to November. Ideal candidates should possess prime brokerage expertise, including securities lending, derivatives, and associated documentation, along with a strong regulatory understanding of rules governing securities lending, derivatives, issuers, and broker-dealers. Additional qualifications include extensive derivatives experience, particularly with equity derivatives and synthetic prime brokerage, as well as familiarity with Master Confirmation Agreements and similar documentation. Candidates should also have proven contract negotiation skills, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on trading-related agreements with prime brokers and derivatives counterparties.
