Mental Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Support members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
