Technical Program Manager

NetBox Labs is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help accelerate delivery of their commercial and open-source products. In this role, you will own the execution of technical programs across multiple teams, aligning work with company priorities and product strategy. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to establish project scope, timelines, and milestones, tracking action items, driving critical conversations, and aggregating status updates. You will keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel, understand technical content deeply, pair closely with product and technical leads, build strong relationships with engineers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, understanding of value streams, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
