Incident Management & Troubleshooting:

  • Investigating and resolving Linux OS, application, middleware, and connectivity issues
  • Troubleshoot boot, performance, storage, filesystem, CPU/memory, and process-related problems
  • Analyze logs and identify the root cause of incidents

  • Managing users, groups, permissions, sudo access, SSH configuration

  • Supporting troubleshooting related to SMTP, DNS, proxy, certificates, and secure remote access
  • Applying Linux security best practices, hardening standards, and vulnerability remediation
