Job Description:

• As a Sessional Ombudsman, you will resolve complex banking and finance disputes on a per-engagement basis.
• You will work collaboratively with experienced Ombudsmen, lawyers, and industry experts to deliver fair decisions.
• This Board-appointed, 3-year term role can be performed fully remotely.

Qualifications:

• We seek accomplished senior lawyers, former partners, barristers, and banking & finance professionals with deep industry expertise.
• You should have experience in banking regulation, contract law, insolvency, securities, lending, and dispute resolution.
• Legal qualifications and substantial senior-level experience in banking and finance or a related regulatory environment are required.
