Project Manager- Scrum Delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs, market opportunities, and service ideas that feed into the product strategy. Define and maintain product vision, ensuring alignment with long-term feasibility, business value, and delivery goals. Apply Scrum methodology to guide iterative development, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment across teams. Partner with Product Owners to develop and manage product roadmaps, translating vision into executable plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to drive team performance. Track KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement. Candidates need 3+ years of experience in project management in digital product or software delivery environments. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
