Job Description
As a Post-Sales Solution Consultant (PSSC), ensure customers are deriving maximum value from our solutions. You’re a trusted advisor and the driving force behind customer success and retention. You have Extreme Ownership of the accounts under your care, with Net Dollar Retention (NDR) as your primary KPI. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, collect and analyze customer feedback data to establish a shared understanding of solution performance and value and own the QBR process to reinforce value. Handle customer questions about scoring decisions.
