Job Description

The Program Assistant is responsible for assisting with program planning and implementation by compiling, sorting, and organizing data for entry into a database, distributing program information, and conducting program research. This role also involves answering telephones, greeting visitors, disseminating information, and addressing complaints. The assistant responds to queries, coordinates activities with other departments and program partners, and assists in creating and distributing program materials.
