Registered Nurse (RN)

Patient Care:

• Manage patients, ensuring RN and Interdisciplinary team visit frequencies align with acuity.
• Communicate via phone/video, providing care per provider orders.
• Manage medications, facilitate medical supplies, coordinate with the team.

Float Nurse:

• Assist in covering patient care for other care teams during normal working hours.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Active RN license, willingness to obtain other state licenses.
• Experience in palliative or hospice care.
• Excellent communication and general computer skills.
