Senior Processor - Consumer Direct

New American Funding is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team. This is a 100% remote position. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for processing a variety of loan types, including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, HELOCs, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement Loans, Down Payment Assistance/Bond Programs, and Reverse Mortgages. The Senior Loan Processor will accurately calculate income for all borrower profiles, maintain clear communication with borrowers and loan officers, and verify all required loan documentation. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and specialized loan products, as well as a strong understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations. This role requires 5–7 years of recent experience processing residential mortgage loans.
