About the Role:
- Serve as the sole on-the-ground construction leader for the East Coast region.
- Manage new store builds, remodels, and tenant improvements with full budget accountability.
- Experience with restaurant or grocery construction is critical due to commercial-grade teaching kitchens.
What You'll Do:
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking end-to-end.
- Solicit, review, and award bids; negotiate contracts with general contractors and vendors.
- Oversee commercial kitchen buildouts and manage permitting, inspections, and certificate of occupancy.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of construction project management in retail, restaurant, or grocery environments.
- Independent ownership of new store builds from $50K to $2.5M+.
- Proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Office, and project management software like Procore.
