Sr. People Technology Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end integration architecture connecting Darwinbox with IT, Payroll, FP&A, and Equity systems.
• Own field-level mapping, transformation logic, and schema documentation across all integrated platforms.

Monitoring and Compliance:

• Proactively monitor daily syncs and overnight jobs, investigating failures and ensuring ITGC compliance.
• Implement validation logic to prevent data drift and maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Enablement:

• Serve as the integration point of contact for Finance, Payroll, Equity, IT, and HR teams.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and enable knowledge transfer across partners.
