YOUR IMPACT:
- Own the end-to-end integration architecture across our People Tech stack, including Workday, Ashby, Lattice, BigQuery, and emerging AI tooling.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations, APIs, and data pipelines that deliver reliable employee data across the full lifecycle.
- Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of Claude and other AI tools across the People function.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Integration-focused roles with increasing ownership and complexity.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered solutions in a business environment, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
