Lead and architect ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and integrations. Guide technical teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. Design and implement customizations, configure workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

This role will lead a technology roadmap to optimize a connected Saas systems architecture, integrations, workflows, while also helping to drive the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap. The role serves as a bridge between business units, IT Applications, IT Project Management, Data & Analytics, and Security teams—ensuring applications, data, and workflows are aligned with business goals, future-ready for scale, and infused with AI capabilities where appropriate.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and customer impact. You’ll partner closely with sales, product, and engineering—leading technical discovery, designing scalable solutions, and showing customers how to operationalize AI-ready data pipelines using Unstructured. You’ll be deeply hands-on: building demos and prototypes, testing integrations, and advising on real-world deployments.
