Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Ridgeline's technical implementation methodology, including API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity.
Partner closely with Product Management to translate new product capabilities and customer feedback into scalable implementation standards and best practices.
Define, document, and continuously improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagements.

What we look for:

5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong emphasis on technical integrations.
Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.
Experience building, standardizing, or improving implementation methodologies across multiple customer engagements.
