The Opportunity:
- Lead technical implementations for B2B clients, owning the full lifecycle from kickoff to post-launch.
- Serve as the strategic lead, configuring payment workflows and integrating with client systems.
- Influence scaling efforts and drive value for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end implementation, including system integration, data mapping, and testing.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing technical guidance and project leadership.
- Conduct sandbox testing, deliver training, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and success teams.
