Identity Verification
The Role:
- Own the day-to-day health of fraud and AML alert and case queues, ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Investigate and escalate complex cases, prepare SAR referrals, and support partner audits.
- Measure and improve controls by reviewing rule performance and feeding patterns into tuning.
About You:
- You have 4+ years of fraud operations and AML compliance experience in fintech.
- You triage alerts with speed and confidence, backing decisions with evidence.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate across product, engineering, and operations.
