Experience & Service Architecture:

- Develop complex UX models for multiparty interactions to coordinate support.
- Lead the design of self-pay and referral-driven experiences.
Technical Product Design:
- Build functional prototypes that demonstrate complex logic, not just transitions.
- Evolve and maintain a robust, accessible design system that scales across mobile and web.
- Lead technical conversations by coordinating meetings with key engineering stakeholders.
Research & Workshop Leadership:
- Participate in qualitative research with members, Pals, and family caregivers to identify unmet needs.
- Run cross-functional "Design Sprints" to align on product vision.
- Translate research insights and health outcomes data into actionable design improvements.
