About the Role:
- We are seeking a hands-on Head of Product to lead our platform's roadmap and drive adoption in the K12 market.
- You will report to the CEO and work closely with engineering, research, and customer success teams.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate day-to-day product management including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate product enablement with sales and marketing to ensure up-to-date messaging and documentation.
- Maintain visibility into the K12 edtech market and align the roadmap with company goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with small, fast-growing teams.
- Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating complexity into plain language.
- Passion for building innovative products with tangible impact in education and familiarity with assessment technologies.
