Your Role:
- The Director of Product is the operating backbone of the product team, turning company strategy into a shipped, sequenced, resourced roadmap.
- Manage a team of builders while personally owning the integrated roadmap, capacity model, and metrics that tell whether the product is working.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop the product team, set goals, run 1:1s, and grow direct reports toward their next level.
- Own the integrated roadmap and capacity plan, reconciling commitments with engineering and data capacity.
- Drive cross-company product cadences, own metrics and ops, and maintain strategy documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing a team of PMs, TPMs, or designers directly.
- Track record owning a company-level product roadmap and reconciling it against real capacity.
- Strong metrics fluency and ability to define a metrics stack from scratch.
