Director - Product Operations

About the Role:

• This senior leadership role focuses on building and evolving the operating backbone of a high-growth Product and R&D organization.
• You will define frameworks, systems, planning cycles, and rhythms to help product teams execute with clarity and discipline.
• The position combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, cross-functional influence, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

• Own the Product Operations strategy, operating model, planning frameworks, and organizational rhythms.
• Design and lead end-to-end planning cycles including annual goal setting, quarterly planning, and capacity reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement and structured change management across planning, intake, delivery, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Deep, progressive experience in Product Operations or Technical Program Management within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling Product Operations functions, not just managing established processes.
• Strong expertise in product planning frameworks, modern tooling, governance, and executive-level communication.
