Chief of Staff Director, Product

What you’ll do:

• Design and run product leadership team rhythms, including staff meetings, product reviews, and offsites.
• Co-own people processes with HRBP across hiring, calibrations, performance, and talent reviews.
• Drive AI retooling and enablement, including running internal AI masterclasses and embedding AI processes.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in roles building product credibility and strategic narrative, with prior CoS experience.
• Exceptional written communication and pattern-matching for organizational dysfunction.
• Strong analytical foundation and comfort operating with influence across senior leaders.
