About the Role:
- Lead AI product strategy and execution across Employ's recruiting platforms.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver intuitive AI experiences.
- Ensure responsible AI adoption and balance innovation with reliability.
What You'll Do:
- Own the roadmap for AI-powered capabilities, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with legal on compliance and with GTM on adoption.
- Measure success through customer feedback and experimentation.
What You Bring:
- 5–8+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience launching AI-powered products or working with ML teams.
- Strong strategy, communication, and cross-functional leadership.
