What you'll bring:

10+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including 5+ years leading PM teams at Director level.
Proven track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Strong people leadership with ability to coach PMs from execution to strategic ownership.
Deep expertise in product operating models, Agile, and pod-based organizations.
Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption in product organizations.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in HR tech, learning tech, or enterprise software.
Experience scaling product organizations through growth or transformation.
MBA or equivalent.
