Job Description
This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the CRO, focused on reinventing demand generation and brand building. Responsibilities include owning global demand generation, transforming strategy into action, leading a team of growth marketers, championing social and viral growth, leveraging AI tools, coaching the structure, and scaling the team. Also responsible for owning brand consistency, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to align on goals, execute joint GTM motions, and feed feedback loops.
Candidate should have 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups. A proven track record of pipeline creation, multichannel mastery, social-first thinking, and being AI-native is a must. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish are required.
