Responsibilities:
- Partner with RISC-V software workstream leaders to define, track, and execute team milestones.
- Build dependency tracking and risk mitigation paths to solve bottlenecks before they escalate.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across software delivery, engineering infrastructure, and external asks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large technical programs or serving as a Chief of Staff/Senior Operator for a technical org.
- Strong track record working with engineering teams in systems software, infrastructure, or semiconductors.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and define initiatives from scratch, rather than just tracking them.
Compensation:
- Base and variable compensation targets ranging from $100k - $500k.
