Asset Management Specialist - Water/Wastewater Treatment Virtual O&M – Water/Wastewater Plant Operations

Role Overview:

• Track, analyze, and optimize the lifecycle of physical assets for operational efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with Area Managers, Plant Managers, Technology Team, and clients while reporting to the Asset Management Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate asset inventories using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or EAM systems.
• Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies and conduct physical audits and condition assessments.
• Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and prepare reports on asset health and risk.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the utility industry with knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance coordination.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to travel 50-65% to project sites.
