Creator Outreach Associate

About the Role:

• Twitch is searching for a Creator Outreach Associate to identify, persuade, and onboard emerging talent to the livestreaming community.
• You'll be responsible for reaching out to a weekly target of new creators and guiding them to their first stream.

You Will:

• Search widely across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent and proactively reach out.
• Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade creators to see Twitch as an exciting career step.
• Own each creator relationship from first outreach through their first stream, then hand off with clear context.

You Have:

• Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role.
• Proven interest in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Genuine passion for livestreaming and internet culture, with strong understanding of the creator economy.

Bonus Points:

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator.
• Existing relationships with a wide variety of content creators across platforms.
