Job Description

Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, providing product expertise and insight into how to optimize our sales strategy. Take ownership over product demos, tailoring each to prospects' unique needs while clearly and simply showcasing the features of Freshpaint. Provide guidance on legal and security calls, addressing customer concerns around system architecture, compliance, privacy and data security. Drive continuous process improvement for the SE team, streamlining workflows to improve our knowledge management and overall team success. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years prior experience as an Enterprise Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar in B2B Enterprise SaaS. Deep knowledge of customer data platforms, digital advertising, product analytics, and the positioning of vendors within these spaces is crucial. Confidence when reading and interpreting code and excellent communication skills are also important.
