Enablement Strategy:
- Lead enablement strategy and delivery for retail/distributor and enterprise audiences.
- Operate independently to define methods and coordinate interdependent programs.
- Mentor other facilitators/trainers to raise delivery quality at scale.
Training and Facilitation:
- Deliver live, webinar, and virtual enablement aligned to retailer/partner launch plans.
- Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) and trainer certification; host recurring trainer forums/syncs.
- Support product/feature/program launches with just‑in‑time enablement communications.
Curriculum and Content Management:
- Curate and maintain a Retail & Enterprise Enablement Playbook/Toolkit.
- Coordinate with internal content teams and/or agency vendors for content development.
- Track enablement outcomes and share insights with various teams for continuous improvement.
